Quality Construction & Improvement of Atlanta, Inc. was founded by CEO Victor Wills in 1998 after identifying a need in the State of Georgia Marketplace for excellent work & craftsmanship. 

With over 26 years of General Contracting experience, he sought to provide a company built on a culture of superior  service resulting in the best possible solution for the client.   

He is quoted recalling how the company developed below:

"Quality Construction emerged from I.Y. Powell Paint Co. Early in life, I obtained many of my business fundamentals from my father, Ike Powell. With many years under his supervision, he taught me the value of hard work and how to maintain trust with my clients while making a profit."
